I’m new to owning a boat, was looking for a new prop, and they helped me decide what pitch I needed, taught me how to install it, gave me recommendations on a mechanic they trust and use, and then when I couldn’t get the prop on all the way, they had me bring the boat in and helped me install it at no extra cost.

"I called and asked about a drain plug for something not boating related, the woman I spoke with was very helpful, even measured the plug to see if it would work. Based off the measurements we weren't sure if it would work so I went and picked up the part, but before I left they suggested some elastomeric sealant just in case the drain plug didn't work. I took the plug home, sure enough it didn't quite work, but the sealant did the trick! I returned the plug without any issue and they even remembered my name when I came back the second time! I don't own a boat, but if I ever do, I know where I'll be getting my boating needs met!"
